TFC can assist you in identifying your training needs and producing a customized technical specification for your custom build and required functionality.
All designs, software development, manufacturing, construction and testing is performed in-house at our Velbert facility, this enables TFC to ensure high quality and reliability is maintained.
Each CEET is constructed with training in mind, and TFC recognizes the rigours of today's training environment and it's customer's high expectations for reliability, to this end TFC caters for the harshest conditions and builds in that extra reliability with reinforced components and servo loop control systems on it's doors for example, to control the angular movement, forces and velocity of opening doors in normal or emergency modes.
TFC Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainers can be supplied with a real time visual system at the passenger and door observation windows, coupled with sound and motion effects to enhance the overall realism and create that "situational awareness". The aircraft communications system is replicated in full to address effective communication training. Today's cabin crew under going training in a TFC device are exposed to such a degree of realism that it prepares them to respond effectively to any real emergency.
The Instructor has full control of the CEET from the Instructors Station usually located in a lavatory and fitted with spyglass windows or camouflaged with microdot patterned wall coverings to match the aircraft interior. The instructor controls the phase of the flight and all possible emergency scenarios'. Camera's can record and play back scenes from any action area on board for crew debrief after the training session.
